In 2013, we are seeing a rapidly transforming Real Estate environment. The great-crash starting in 2008 saw many home-owners under-water, owing more on their properties than the homes were worth. With this came a flood of foreclosures and short-sales, and 4-years of a "buyers-market." And now the pendulum has passed through the center-point and home values are beginning to rise again. While interest rates remain low, it is still an excellent time to buy your first home or look into buying for investment, but properties are not getting any cheaper, and the upward trend is likely to continue for several years to come.
