After renting an apartment during 4 years in Arlington, we just bought a beautiful house in Medford ! I don’t think I would have been able to go through the whole process without Henry’s help. He was always available on phone, even if I called quite early in the day or quite late. He gave us key information about houses we were interested in, advising us to step back when something wasn’t right with the public records or explaining us how to make a quick and safe move when all the lights were green. This agent is absolutely not a “pusher”, like so many others in this business. He is also a good negotiator. Thanks to him, we saved 10.000$ on the initial price. He was totally helpful from the first visit of our future home to the last minute closing !
Etant un français vivant depuis 4 ans sur Boston (je travaille comme enseignant sur l’école Internationale de Boston), je me permet au passage de recommander chaudement cet agent pour les francophones. Acheter une maison est un processus déjà assez long et complexe (choisir la maison est finalement assez facile, l’acheter par contre est une autre histoire, même en disposant des fonds nécessaires…) pour devoir en plus affronter en anglais les nombreux termes techniques de ce « business ». Henry a pu nous expliquer clairement chaque étape dans notre langue, ce qui nous a rendu l’ensemble moins stressant et nous a fait gagner du temps. De plus, on sentait qu’il avait plaisir à travailler avec des compatriotes. Il nous a d’ailleurs offert une bouteille de vin pour fêter notre nouvelle maison !
