Nanik is a professional and trustworthy agent. Before we met Nanik, we couple had just trusted an agent whom referred by our friend, but she is much better than the one my friend referred. I am a picky buyer and easy to change my mind and she can always fulfill my needs without complaint. She is honest to provide lots of local information included good and bad ones which is most helpful for buyers. With excellent communication skills and marketing knowledge, she is good at negotiation with listing buyers to get the deal with right price. She is the one we can count on.

Nanik proved to be an expert and insightful buyer's agent. I hadn't been in the real estate market for 13 years, and she kept me fully informed. Once I found a property I liked, Nanik leapt into action no my behalf. She gave me strategic advice on making a persuasive offer in a multi-offer situation, and it was ultimately successful! When the lender I picked dropped out mid-escrow, I was dispirited, but Nanik came to the rescue with another lender, who came through. I closed in January on a beautiful ocean view condo in Hermosa Beach. After the key handover, she surprised me with a super gift! Thank you, Nanik!
