Denise is an excellent agent. She helped us throughout the process and was always available to answer questions. Several times she pointed out things that we missed or hadn't considered and that made the end result much better.

Denise was absolutely amazing! With the initial visit, we looked at another house for sale in our neighborhood so that we could compare and see what the best features were to market for our home. She went over all the costs to expect and how the whole selling process works. When the house went on the market, she would call the buyer agents to see why someone did not love the house and see if it was something we could adjust. Once an offer was made on the house, she kept in constant contact to make sure we had no questions and offered expert advice during the negotiation process. She made everything so simple, and explained everything in easy to understand language. We absolutely loved working with Denise, and will recommend her to anyone looking to sell, or buy, in the future!
