From the outset, Judy focused on my interest in property in Las Vegas and offered well-targeted suggestions. However, she also advanced alternatives which I had not considered and provided excellent insights into the local market and the process for realty transactions in the area. This was invaluable to me as I had not previously purchased anywhere in the USA. Judy identified issues in the transaction and got excellent results from her assertive but well-framed negotiations with the seller, especially over issues that could easily go under the radar of a first time buyer. In this regard she was trustworthy to the utmost, making me comfortable with the purchase proceeding despite being located abroad. I would (and actually have) provided her details to a family member and colleague, and look forward to working with her again for further purchases. I think that Judy's knowledge, professionalism and negotiating skills are key factors in building confidence in, and attracting significant amounts of investment from Australia in the market. In contrast, I note that many other agents I contacted before speaking with Judy were disinterested, vague or dismissive of my interest. Judy is to be commended on her work!
