Francine was nothing short of fantastic! She was extremely professional and responsive to all our needs. She even responds to late night questions! We never felt pressured to buy. It was a great experience overall. She was very familiar with the neighborhood we were looking at and that helped us a lot. She was very patient with us given that we saw numerous properties.
