Rochelle worked very hard to help us close a deal during a very difficult time in the Central Florida Real Estate market. Properties were being bid on extremely quickly and often being bought up by out of state investors within days of listing. It was Rochelle's dedication and sacrifice to adapt to these market circumstances that allowed us to find a property first, secure the trust of the seller, and complete the sale. Many times properties were in very poor condition and/or being sold by people who were only selling for cash transactions making it very difficult for a family who needs to finance a home that they wish to live in and find one that is in a livable condition.
