Being a first time buyer is hard and stressful in the best circumstances but mine were not the best from jump street. I had been looking but was getting the run around by a mortgage company(shall remain nameless) and the realtors I had spoken to didn't want to do anything with me when they asked my price range. I was running out of time where we were living and my husband was undergoing serious surgery and I have 2 special needs children. I need a stable place now! After a break from the stress of being blown off I got a call from Christina. She had my info that was passed on to her from another agent. She changed my whole life! I was getting jerked around by the lender I was dealing with and she had me call her lender. I had a prequal letter in 3 days from that first call! She hooked me up with the first time buyers program and got our closing costs paid for! We saw a house and she got the house taken off the market and into an agreement the first day it went on the market! She has the best resources I have ever seen! Christina has a whole complete team from A to Z to get you into a home! I loved every person she referred me too! She came to my house anytime I had to sign anything and a fax or Internet was not available to me. I have never met anyone as dedicated to helping someone get the home they want. She will go more than that extra mile to help her clients and my family and I are in our home happier than we could ever imagine and it's all because of Christina! We have been living in our home for 2 weeks and she still calls to make sure we don't need anything and everything is going well! She is the best realtor I have ever met!

Christina was wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to work for any information I needed. Christina went to many places with me looking for something that was perfect. She provided insight and experience that made my decision making much easier. Minus a recommendation to use Guaranteed Rate (who I will never work with again) as a lending service, I couldn't say a bad word about my experience with Christina and I couldn't blame her for their mishandling of my situation. If you have the opportunity to work with Christina, you will not be disappointed.

Unlike most first time home buyers who look to their realtor for guidance in finding the right property, I came up with a list of properties I wanted to see before even considering getting a realtor and I simply contacted Christina with a list of properties and a deadline of when I needed to see them by (within 2 days!), she set up all the appointments (on tremendously late notice) and took me to see them all in one day and was able to guide me through the whole purchase process when I made an offer on one of the properties that very day. She helped me find a great inspector, a thorough lawyer, and, based on the inspection report, she was able to negotiate well on my behalf on the final price of the property. Because I was moving to the area from out of state (and knew nothing about the area) she was very helpful in assisting me to find workmen to help me with the house improvements I wanted to make & to help me learn what the personality of the town was like (as she’d moved there from out of state too!) She’s personable, friendly, and funny, and was very responsive whenever I’d email or call with questions (which was often). I can’t speak to her talent in matching folks with the right property, but for my needs, she did a great job & I’d highly recommend her. One of the things I also really enjoyed about looking at properties with her was that she gave me space to get a feel for each house without trying to sell it to me, like some realtors do (which drives me nuts). Hopefully I won’t be looking for a new home anytime soon, as I adore the house I purchased, but if I was, I’d definitely ask Christina to work with me again.
