Deb and I started talking in October of 2012 when we were thinking about buying in Thorton Co, we were not sure at the time what we were doing, but she always kept in touch via email. when we decided on Evans Co.and not real sure where to begin when buying a home(we all know how confusing it can be) she lead the way the whole time. she never once tried to push us into the Denver area knowing it would of been easier for her considering she lives in Brighton Co. When we looked at houses it was snowing, when we found our home it was snowing, when we closed on our home it was a blizzard, but she drove to us and never complained. When we didnt understand something she would explain it very clearly and made sure we understood without making us feel a little uneducated. when our first lender would not give us our loan 2 days before we were to close this lady was fighting for us in every way possible. we wanted to throw in the towel, Deb would not let this happen. Deb is a go get what you want type of individual,she makes things happen, she will beat on the door until it opens. I know if Deb had not been here for us I would not be writing this email in my new home. I do highly recommend her, and I have giving her name to a few people we know. She is an amazing woman!! I was put in contact with Deb by a mutual friend because I was over the rental world and looking to see if I had any chance on buying my own home. I have had some past credit issues and just wanted to have lunch to see what my options were (if any). Needless to say we never made it to lunch because once I talked to her on the phone she was on a mission to help me out. Deb was incredibly helpful for us throughout the entire process of purchasing our home in Parker. We lived in Washington state at the time of our home purchase, so it was important to have a lot of research and preparation done by Deb in our absence. Deb spent a great deal of time getting to know us through several phone calls and emails. Through this process, Deb was able to help us determine not only our ideal house, but our ideal location. Not being familiar with the Denver area, we were very dependent on Deb's knowledge of the many Denver communities, and also her ability to get to know us and help us pick the right location for us. During our 2 day visit to Parker to look at homes, we were able to view 25+ properties. This was thanks to Deb's tireless efforts in getting the showings scheduled in a way that allowed us to leap frog from one to the next with very little waiting time. Deb was actively contacting sellers agents to adjust the schedule as we went to make sure we got to see every possible property during our visit. Deb was also very good at helping us to identify features of houses and neighborhoods which may prove to be undesirable long term. This also helped to keep us on schedule to maximize our property viewing. Looking at over 2 dozen homes in 2 days could have been tremendously stressful, but thanks to all of Deb's preparation and organization, the process was actually very enjoyable. Once we had selected the property which we felt best filled all of our needs, Deb really kicked in to high gear and went to work for us. Deb was incredible in the area of communication, which can be the hardest part about such an important transaction. Deb explained every detail of each step of the process, telling us not only the hows and whys, but explaining what to expect at every turn. There were no surprises throughout the entire process, due to Deb's wisdom and expertise in the home buying (and selling) process. Deb's insights, wisdom, knowledge, experience, and most of all preparation and hard work made the entire home buying experience a very positive one for us.
