Deb is the best real estate agent to have on your side. Deb and I started talking in October of 2012 when we were thinking about buying in Thorton Co, we were not sure at the time what we were doing, but she always kept in touch via email. when we decided on Evans Co.and not real sure where to begin when buying a home(we all know how confusing it can be) she lead the way the whole time. she never once tried to push us into the Denver area knowing it would of been easier for her considering she lives in Brighton Co. When we looked at houses it was snowing, when we found our home it was snowing, when we closed on our home it was a blizzard, but she drove to us and never complained. When we didnt understand something she would explain it very clearly and made sure we understood without making us feel a little uneducated. when our first lender would not give us our loan 2 days before we were to close this lady was fighting for us in every way possible. we wanted to throw in the towel, Deb would not let this happen. Deb is a go get what you want type of individual,she makes things happen, she will beat on the door until it opens. I know if Deb had not been here for us I would not be writing this email in my new home. I do highly recommend her, and I have giving her name to a few people we know. Deb was my angel in disguise, and know Luke and I consider her a friend. I know when we sell this home and start this again, Deb will be our fighter in ring and she will win.
