Pete Tomaszek is a quality human being. From our first contact to our parting at the end of the day, he was congenial, open and easy going. I felt he was interested in understanding my personal ideals for the type of property I wanted and needed; I never felt rushed. I recommend Pete. It's been pleasure to have him as agent. He put considerable amount of time to find the property I was looking for. At times that we could not manage to meet up to see a property he would take a video of all areas of the property and post it to youtube which was really helpful. In fact that is how I purchased my property through the clip Pete had put in youtube. Very Friendly, professional and skillful.

Working with Pete was a very positive experience. He was responsive to our needs and time constraints and has an engaging personality. We were from outside the area, so it was imperative that he assemble a good selection of avialable homes when we were in the area. As a result of his persistence, we were able to see quite a few homes.
