My boyfriend and I had the pleasure and experience of having Carol Jones as our real estate agent from October 2012 to our close just recent close of escrow date of February 15th 2013. We could not be happier with her knowledge and expertise throughout the months of property visits from all over San Diego. From Carlsbad to San Marcos, we got to see many many properties and showings we really liked. In this market, if a property is nice and turn-key, one could imagine there will be dozens of prospect buyers, therefore making the bidding of a property that much more aggrivating. Fortunately, my boyfriend was able to find a townhouse that was just being built and could be built to spec, which is what we really wanted. We could not be happier with our brand new property that Carol introduced to us. We enjoyed the many trips to properties all around. She outdid herself many days and nights. Sometimes even making sure our requests and questions were answered after 5pm! Carol was a great real estate agent. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be buying my first home. She was very professional through out the buying experience and had great amount of knowledge and insight into the real estate market. If you get to use Carol consider yourself lucky.
