Marian was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. We had watched the market diligently and knew what we were looking for and really wanted someone who could come in at a moment's notice and help us when the right home became available.....and that's exactly what Marian did. She was very flexible with her time, answered our questions and provided us with information re: the differences in how home purchases are done in the state of WA as we have never purchased a home here before. In addition, she is a lovely person and has a great attitude, good sense of humor, and never felt pushy to us at all.
