Charlie was very helpful during our relocation. He was very professional, had timely responses, exibited great communication skills, and was personable and easy to get along with. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is due to the fact that the "Short Sale" had to be resubmitted due to the fact that the current owner was current on payments. I feel that this should have been identified by the buyer/seller agents. This caused about a 3 month delay in approving the contract and us occupying the house.
