I began my career in Real Estate in 2005 after the company I was employed by downsized, and as such, I decided to seek a career path that would not only allow me the opportunity to grow as a person, but would also give me the oportunity to learn a new talent that would lead to eventually going into business for myself. My introduction to the real estate market was through foreclosure investment and the acquisition of property from the judicial sales here in the Metropolitan Chicagoland area.
I have had the opportunity to learn and work first hand with properties in various states of foreclosure, from short sales, to as-is sales, to rehabbed properties. To me the most important thing I wish to convey to my clients is: buying a home is the single most important and exciting investment you will make.
