If I could I would give Lucia 10 stars for the fantasic job she had accomplished for me. Since this was my first home purchase, Lucia had also done her best to provide me with a clear description of every step of the real estate process from the purchase contract to closing. I am first time buyer and had two realtors before finding Lucia. I did not feel like I was priority to these previous realtors and needed to find a realtor who would be more understanding and patient with me being a first time buyer. I don't have any family here and greatly relied on my interactions with Lucia to lead me down the right path and she 100% did. She has integrity, dedication, tenaciousness, is understanding and extremely personable. Every time we left a meeting with her we would talk about how much we enjoyed her company and working with her. Although, I am extremely happy that she helped us find our perfect home. We had a wonderful experience with Lucia. I am not a patient person and everyone that knows me will say that I have a too short a fuse. The housing marketing of today is not a match for my personality. I have to say that Lucia overcome both shorting, mine and the market’s and made possible what I did not think it was possible. I had my mind set on a specific area, certain house features and set budget. I got them all. Lucia is passionate, patient, a very skilled negotiator, and knowledgeable when it comes to local resources. We will not have our home today, if we did not have Lucia on our side of this deal.
