My wife and I actually started to look for homes with Michelle a year ago and she was extremely helpful, we decided financially it wasn't the right time and stopped. About 3 months ago we resumed our search and wanted Michelle to be a big part of it, the reason was she was knowledgeable, understood what we were looking for and never tried to sway us to go with a property we weren't completely comfortable with. In addition to this, she had great contacts with contractors and inspectors so that made the home buying experience even easier. We finally found our dream home in Calabasas and unfortunately after the inspection report, found a number of items wrong with the house. My wife and I were ready to walk away but then I received a call from Michelle, she asked me, "do you want this house?" I replied with yes but there's just too many improvements that need to be done. Her response "we can make it work, you just need to tell me that you want this house". And the rest is history, she worked furiously with the seller's agent to have all the improvements completed prior to the close of escrow. Now we're renovating our dream home before we move in. I can honestly say without Michelle, none of this would have happened. She was responsive with text messages (I texted her throughout the day and night), she worked with the seller's agent, the escrow company and had clear answers to all our questions. We're hoping to purchase again in a couple years and we know Michelle will be a big part of that as well. The one thing I will always remember with Michelle is her focus has always been with her clients, what they wanted. That ultimately was the most important to us. Thank you Michelle for everything!
