I am very glad that I had asked Permodh to help me with my house purchase in Stockton. He sent me listngs that met me criterias and previewed houses that were of interest to me. I had made an offer on a house that looked good in the pictures and on paper, but I eventually walked away from that offer due to issues found during the home inspection. Permodh was very meticulous and professional throughout that process. He was very understanding of the reason that I chose to walk away from that deal. He then took my daughter to preview two other houses that interested me. I made an offer on one of those houses and make the purchase after further negotiations. Throughout my entire experience of searching for and negotiating the purchase of a house, I found Permodh to be very responsive and protective of my welfare. He was persuasive with the sellers agents and the escrow company. We were able to close on the property and take possession in a very short period of time that coincided with my visit to my daughter for a few days due to the deligence and tenacity of Permodh's efforts. Permodh has demonstrated to me not only his knowledge of real estate transacting, but has shown a genuine desire to help his clients in any way he can. Again, I am very glad that I had selected Permodh to assist me with my home purchase. He will be my Realtor as long as I live in Stockton.
