My husband i have purchased a few homes and we both agree that Tom is the best realtor we have come across. Despite the fact that he doesn't live in the Evergreen area where we were looking for a home, he made himself familiar with all of the listings. Tom is patient and thorough. We get the feeling that he is interested in finding the right plae for us, not just any place to make a quick sale. We feel confident that when we make a decision to buy, he will help us negotiate a good price.
