I was referred to Lynn by a friend who recently purchased a home with Lynn's help. We had scheduled our first appointment for a Tuesday to meet and view a few places I had told her that I was interested in. On Monday afternoon Lynn called me to see about adding a brand new listing as she thought it was just what I was looking for. I looked up the MLS number with her on the phone and definitely wanted it added to the list. Lynn immediately scheduled a showing of that new listing with the listing agent and I was one of the first potential buyers to tour it. She was right, it was exactly what I was looking for! I made a offer after seeing it and after some minor negotiations, they accepted! By viewing the home immediately, I was able to put in a reasonable offer in the first days of the listing and was not involved in a bidding war - which I'm sure saved me money and headaches! I'm all moved in and love the place! Especially the deeded parking space and outdoor space (a balcony & a roofdeck!) which were 2 of the things that Lynn knew I would want!
