It was great to work with Lynn. She is really helpful in my house hunting, as well as going through the closing process despite my case being very long and tedious. She is extremely friendly and understanding. I love my new place. If I have friends buying house, I would definitely recommend her.

I was referred to Lynn by a friend who recently purchased a home with Lynn's help. We had scheduled our first appointment for a Tuesday to meet and view a few places I had told her that I was interested in. On Monday afternoon Lynn called me to see about adding a brand new listing as she thought it was just what I was looking for. I looked up the MLS number with her on the phone and definitely wanted it added to the list. Lynn immediately scheduled a showing of that new listing with the listing agent and I was one of the first potential buyers to tour it.
She was right, it was exactly what I was looking for! I made a offer after seeing it and after some minor negotiations, they accepted! By viewing the home immediately, I was able to put in a reasonable offer in the first days of the listing and was not involved in a bidding war - which I'm sure saved me money and headaches!
I'm all moved in and love the place! Especially the deeded parking space and outdoor space (a balcony & a roofdeck!) which were 2 of the things that Lynn knew I would want!
