Rich Williams is amazing!
He listened to everything I had to say and found the perfect property for my needs that stayed within my budget. He didn't just sell me on the property, he sold me on the entire community. Rich took the time to drive me around the area showing me some of the lakes (and some great fishing spots!), area attractions and shopping.
Rich did all the leg work for the home inspection and even showed up to meet the inspector because I was not in town. He ensured the closing was completed without a hitch.
I have never had an easier time buying a property.

In the short period I worked with Rich it was almost like I known him forever, there was no special way to talk to him, when I had a question I called him anytime day or night, he always responded with a professional attitude. Rich did a fantastic job from start to finish! He was quick to take care of various situations from sending documents to coordinating inspections. Rich helped us deal with less than satisfactory bank personnel, selling agent and sellers when we approached closing. Rich voluntarily took a .5% reduction in commission to seal the deal after we had done all we could!! Overall, Rich made a tough situation bearable. Great job!
