I've been dealing with Theresa for quite some time now in reference to relocating to Austin Texas. Theresa has always been very helpful in that she understands and gets to know her clients at a personal level to help meet our needs as to what is the best for a family. We recently in February 2012 went to Texas and met with Theresa and viewed several homes in the area we had agreed upon. Theresa is very knowledgeable and made the arrangements as agreed upon and our viewing of the houses was very well planned and informative. Theresa always communicates with us and educated us as to the Austin area as well as every detail that we had previously discussed was met and superceeded as far as what exactly we were looking for in a home that would be our home in Austin. Theresa is very professional and is a person who not only finds you a home according to your needs, but a person whom you build a long lasting relationship with. When we met with Theresa we immediately noticed that not only were we dealing with a real estate professional but a person who genuinely cares about what she does. Theresa prior to our arrival set up an itinerary for us that was planned with my needs in mind as I am temporarily disabled do to an illness I've been dealing with since 2010. Theresa has always put our family and health first above and beyond the home that we are looking for which I greatly appreciate, because it shows personal interest in us as a family. Some people in the past that I have dealt with were only interested in making a sale and I could tell they were looking out for themselves and not my piece of mind or personal interest. Our experience with Theresa has been excelent and continues to be. Why are there only 5 stars? Theresa deserves more! Theresa, you make selling a house fun again! Everyone knows that there is a TON of stress with the selling of a home. It was truly comforting to know we were working with such a professional. My family and I felt blessed to work with you. When I would stress out you would bring things back to reality. Thank you for all of your hard work and knowledge of this industry. You not only saved us a lot of money with foolish mistakes but you presented our house to sell quickly in a very trying market. I still laugh that we had two offers in 6 days and our neighbor directly across the street had zero interest after 14 months. You priced us correctly and it showed.
