We came upon Gary by chance, but now would prefer him above all others. He is very literate, concise, and truthful. It was not unusual for us to open an email from him which he had prepared in the earliest of morning hours. Our questions received replies in a very prompt fashion, often carefully delineating the next steps in the process. He has an admirable attention to detail, cuts to the chase, and yet knows how to have a hearty laugh from time to time. He follows through on issues and is reliable, helpful, and understanding. As "snowbirds," we had some unusual questions about maintenance and security, and he had clear answers at the ready. We think he is our first friend in Arizona and will invite him for dinner when the boxes are gone. Thank you, Gary!
