I checked a house in Placerville online late in the evening, next morning, I received a call from Emily Rosen returning my call and offering to show me the home. I explained to her that we are in the middle of a purchase and facing challenges from the process and I am looking for more homes. Emily was ready to assist us, offered to show the house that same day, drove from ELG Grove to Placerville and met us with a warm welcome, listened to what we are looking for, and was very honest of the process when one already have an agent. We seen how efficient and professional Emily is, and felt very comfortable with her approach and knowledge. We ended up closing on the home we originally bid on, and Emily was so kind with her good wishes to us.
Emilly kept us informed of the status on the house that we were interested in. Kept communication open, answering our questions in a timely fashion, and offering sincere advise and support. Those are the quality any home buyer would wish of an agent in the middle of processing the loan, yet she kept us informed of the house we were interested of in Placerville.
This was an awesome experience, and I will recommend Emily to my daughter when she is purchasing her home and to friends, family, and coworkers.
