Testimonials

"David was a wonderful agent in that he was always willing and available to look at as many houses in a weekend as we could. Thank you for all of your assistance in finding our first house." - Megan and Chad B.
"I really enjoyed working with David while looking for and purchasing a house. I had heard rumors that realtors could be pushy and were only interested in getting clients into houses quickly. David could not have been more patient with me. He wanted to make sure that the house I purchased was perfect for me. He understood that buying a house is emotional and stressful, but he also knew it should and could be an exciting and enjoyable experience. He listened carefully to my likes and dislikes of each house we viewed. He did a ton of research to find new houses that matched my likes. Sometimes I couldn't figure out exactly what I liked about a house, but as we looked at more houses, David would find me more and more that I liked. He never pressured us into houses out of our price range. At first it did not look like we would find the house we wanted in our price range. David always reassured us that things would work out and he patiently worked for us until we found the perfect house for lower than our intended price range. It took a long time, but David never lost patience or pushed us in a different direction.

Even though David had other clients while I was looking to buy a house, I felt like I was his only client! I could call him anytime with questions. He was personable, respectful and honest. We would spend the afternoon together looking at houses and it was a pleasure to have his company and expertise.

I was impressed with David's knowledge of San Diego Real Estate. We looked for houses over a 4 month span, and he still remembered the neighborhoods we loved. I know he knows a lot of realtors in the San Diego area and it makes it easier for clients to get a house if the realtors communicate. The house we bought went on the market on Friday. David knew about it on Thursday and we had the offer ready the day it went on the market. I bought it by Saturday at a very reasonable price. David utilizes his connections as resources to look for houses before they go on the market and to help clients get a better deal on a home.

Some of my friends have been buying houses lately. (Not in San Diego County or I would make them work with David). They report back to me about how emotional and stressful the process is. They get attached to a house and then get out bid. David was unbelievably helpful in two aspects. The first is, if I loved a house, David helped me find a reasonable price that would ensure my offer would be accepted if the house was going to sell within my price range. He worked the offers to apply the correct amount of pressure to the seller to consider my offer instead of waiting for others. The second aspect was when I lost houses David was a great emotional support. The only reason I lost houses was because I intentionally offered below asking and knew I probably would not get the house. It was still stressful. David constantly reassured me that I would eventually find the right house at the right price and he was more patient than I could have ever been. His patience got me into the perfect home at the perfect price. If it were up to me, I would have bought a house I didn't like very much at a price way above my price range.

I couldn't recommend David enough. First time home buyers might not know how important it is to have a good realtor. I had an amazingly successful experience buying my first home, and I don't think that happens to everyone. Thanks so much David for all of your help and hard work. I am now in a house I love at a price I can afford. I am certain that if I had a different realtor, I would have been so emotionally invested I would have bought a house I didn't like or I would have given up and still be renting an apartment." - Pat and Heather E.

"Working with David was great. Being a first time homebuyer, my knowledge of what to look for and the types of questions to ask was minimal. David took care of that for me. He explained everything in detail and would ask the sellers the types of questions that needed to be asked. We viewed many homes but David was always on time for every viewing considering he had to drive a long distance for each one. The patience that David has is uncanny. On days when we viewed multiple homes, after a couple I would start to get impatient. David calmed me down with his positive attitude and kept me interested by teaching me what to look for. He would bring numerous comp's for the area so we would have an idea of what the house we were looking at was really one that should be considered. Though we probably would have eventually found a home without his help, his amazingly upbeat attitude and his willingness and perseverance got us the home we wanted in a short amount of time. But above all, David made the process fun. I look forward to working with David again on the purchase of our next home in the future." - Ari and Jessica K.
