Charles has been assisting me in upsizing to a single family home purchase in the Los Angeles area. The areas of interest are very competitive at my desired price points. Charles will not hesitate to respond to my inquiries re: potential purchase opportunities as they arise and make immediate contact with the listing agent(s) to request showings. Charles was FANTASTIC and PHENOMENAL!! He went above and beyond his ways to help us with the purchase of our first home. From the very first phone conversation, we knew we found the right person to assist us after speaking and meeting with so many other realtors.
He made himself available at any time of the day and never ceased to answer all the questions we had. He was prompt in replying back to our emails and accomodated his schedule around our hectic ones. He helped in coordinating all the repairs needed in order to seal the loan at the bank and all the contractors he recommended were wonderful as well. He was on top of everything and even made an elaborated portfolio with all the documents classified by priority as well as a google calendar to see all the milestone related to our purchase.
My husband and I didn't know what to expect from ZipRealty but we can honestly say that Charles exceeded all of our expectations and we've already recommended him to all our friends and family looking to purchase their 1st or 2nd homes.
