Marie was superb and completely exceeded our expectations. We were first time buyers and had had some bad experiences with previous realtors. We also did not have much knowledge about real estate. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and was always available to answer any of our questions right away. I loved that I could always just call her or e-mail her with my concerns and she would always get right back to me and would always try to find a way to help. She is also very professional and very knowledgeable about real estate and the crazy market. We had been looking for a home for almost a year with no luck. She ended up finding a beautiful home that was everything we wanted. She put our offer in right away and kept talking to the listing agent, always trying to make sure we had the best chance of getting the home. Once our offer was accepted, she was with us through every step of the process and always worked very diligently to make sure things were moving smoothly. We worked with a different lender than the one ZipRealty suggested and even though we chose someone else, she made sure to stay on top of things and would always contact them to make sure things were going smoothly with them. She really does put your needs and best interest first and we hope we can work with her again if we ever sell or buy another home because someone like that is very hard to find.

Always ready and willing to serve my needs, answer my questions and is extremely patient with me and my "first time buyer" anxieties. She is always ready to jump in her car and show me properties. I can go on and on. I would not consider going with another agent when I finally do make a decision.

We didn't know anyone who could recommend a realtor to us so we had to pick one cold. By chance, we were on the ZipRealty site and Marie was "assigned" to us. There was a house we wanted to check out so we emailed Marie and set up an appointment with her to see the place. We figured if we didn't like her, we could just part ways and work with someone else. Turns out Marie was awesome. The minute we met her we felt very relaxed working with her. One Saturday we had arranged to view a couple of houses. We had mentioned off-hand another one that was on our radar and she immediately tried tracking down the agent for that house. Marie couldn't get ahold of the agent so she introduced herself to the owner, who was glad to give us a tour of the house. She always gave us the sense that she was willing to go that extra mile for us. When we found the house we wanted, Marie helped us through the tedious purchasing process. She was on top of all issues with the owner's realtor, the title company and the loan company. If we had any questions, she was quick to respond. We guesstimated what her cut of the sale would be and with all the time and energy she put into helping us get our home, it almost seemed like it couldn't be worth the effort! We love our home and we're grateful we chanced upon Marie. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat. (Note: We didn't check "Local Knowledge" only because it wasn't a factor; we knew our target area.)
