I found Ike to be a very pleasant person to deal with. He never pushes you towards anything, but he does offer his guidance when he observes that you may be going on a wrong path. I found Ike courteous but relaxed, professional, and knowledgeable about the local market. I know I represented less commission for him, but I didn't feel shunned or walled off just because I wasn't looking for a mansion. He was able to vibe in and focus on what I wanted and offered constructive critiques, suggestions, and an attentive, experienced eye as we cruised around looking at various properties. During my 8-month short sale purgatory, he was great about keeping in touch and responding to my status queries via email or text. When the approval finally came, he was an instrumental part of the team in coordinating with the negotiator, seller's agent, title company, and my mortgage company. I've already recommended Ike to a friend who is about to start looking for his first home purchase.

Ike works hard, is thorough, and really tries hard to match clients with properties that suit their needs. We've looked at many properties together and he has never "pushed" me any any particular direction, but rather follows my lead. He's not a pushy guy -- just professional.
