Fred Bowden did more for us in one day, than other agents did in weeks. We have been very happy working with Fred, he goes over and above to help his clients. I would recommend Fred Bowden to all my friends and family.

Let me just start by saying that before Fred, our experience with all realtors we’ve dealt with in the past was absolutely horrible. We’ve dealt with four of them and it seemed to be the same every time. They weren’t experts, they gave us as little time as possible to get the most money from us, and they were unwilling to actually work for us. Fred was the exact opposite. I literally could not be happier with the experience I had with Fred Bowen. If you are reading this, stop looking right now because you found your realtor. Communication in general: EVERY SINGLE TIME I ever had to call him, he answered his phone! This was true even when he went on vacation! All communication was prompt – to the point that I would have a response to an email within 15 to 30 minutes. When my husband and I had any questions whatsoever, they were answered thoroughly and within his answers, his expertise shined through brilliantly. He gave us guidance and advice without pushing us in any direction. He was respectful and professional in every interaction, being sure to make us feel comfortable and important. There was never a time that we spoke to him that we felt like we were burdening him with questions, calls, or concerns. Showing homes: When showing us homes, Fred was completely flexible with his schedule to accommodate ours. When we were on the fence about whether or not we wanted to make an offer on a house, he would ask insightful questions to help us decide. Not only was he helpful in making decisions, he was very organized when it came to planning our routes. There was never any backtracking or wasting time. Placing offers: When it came down to placing offers on homes, again, he was on top of it! If we had to fax contracts back and forth until 11PM, he was right there responding to questions and helping us through the process to ensure we were positioned as attractive as possible when presenting our offers. Dealing with lenders and other realtors: Fred is definitely the person you want in your corner if and when issues arise when dealing with other professionals in the home buying business. He knows his stuff – and he isn’t afraid to really work for you. We had an issue with our pre-approval. We had 3 prior lenders approve us for the dollar amount requested, but the lender we had to work with to buy the specific home we were looking at said we didn’t qualify. Instead of my husband or I having to deal with the stress of that situation, Fred took over completely – asking any and all necessary questions, and advising us of the proper direction to take while doing most of the work himself. He used his knowledge of the industry to our advantage and we did ultimately qualify for the home of our dreams. Aside from the specifics, Fred was absolutely amazing. I appreciated everything that he did for us and strongly (forcefully, even!) recommend him to anyone I run into that is even considering buying a home. Thank you, Fred.
