Mary is truly a professional and caring person who helped meet our needs. She always responded to my phone calls, emails and appointments. Mary Lou has the patients of a saint, she explained everything in detail to me throughout the process.
There were several homes I was over bid on, because of my own stubbornness, but Mary Lou found me the perfect one.
The paperwork is endless, but she made sure that I understood everything, and went over it with me until I did.
I have purchased before, and my experience has been that the buyer always becomes annoyed with the realtor ( I have had friends tell me the same thing) but not with Mary Lou.
I genuinely feel she worked very very hard for me.
I plan to buy another home in the future, and wouldn't consider using anyone else than Mary Lou as my realtor.
