We had complete confidence in Perry and felt like he worked non-stop for us until we were in our new home. Since we were living in Southern Colorado, a lot of our "looking" was done online, and the contract documents were handled online, as well. It made our move very easy! Perry always returned calls and emails quickly, kept in contact with listing agents, we always felt we were in the loop - although, living 120 miles away!
