Working with Candace was a blessing for me and my family. We were looking to purchase within Chicago although many would criticize the city for its high crime and violence. During my home search, I learned there are a lot of gooe neighborhoods in the city but you must do some serious research. Not only did I learn this Candace did as well. Candace and I went to several nice neighborhoods in the city and I would constantly remind her to share our experience with her other clients. Candace is very professional and dedicated. After I talked with Candace over the phone to discuss the property that I was interested in as well as the neighborhood, she went to work right away. She called the agent and we entered the houses within a day and sometimes within an hour. Candace is very knowledgable in the real estate field, which allowed our search to be stress free. I would ask her a million questions and she would research and get back to me within minutes. She is very encouraging and at times when I became discouraged with losing an offer she found the right words to say. Candace has taught me how to keep my composure and remain patient during a long but worthy process. She always would say,"Don't worry Ruquaiyah, we are going to find a beautiful home for you and your family to love, grow and invest your lives in". And indeed we did!!! It was those words that made me continue searching and putting offers in without worrying about winning or losing. Candace pays very good attention to everything you say (your likes, dislikes, needs, etc) and make sure she search for homes that fit the profile you design visually. Candace is my hero and I would refer her to everyone I know that are looking to buy instead of renting. She is great at what she does. Candace Bunch is professional, competent and caring!!!!!!!!!!!
