Tom was really great and friendly. He wasn't a pushy sales person and didn't try to sell us every home we looked at, only gave input if we asked him something, that was very nice. He had lots of insight on home inspections and recommended a great inspector to us as well as a mortgage company as we had no idea what we were doing buying our first home. We really enjoyed working with Tom and would recommend him to friends and family.

Over the years I've had the pleasure of working with other real estate agents, but none in comparison to Tom. He went out of his way to help me and I can't thank him enough! This agent is honest and sincere. He is always punctual, polite and professional. He brings a rare balance of experience, knowledge and a good sense of humor to his clients. After looking at countless numbers of properties and at all hours of the day (whatever was convenient for me) Tom finally guided me through the purchase of a foreclosed home using a FHA 203k Rehab Loan. These types of loans require alot of patience, knowledge and coordination between the realtor, the buyer, the lender and the Contractors. I couldn't have done it without him.

Mr. Tom Pauling was extremely helpful and considerate when working with us. As first time home buyers we definitely needed all the help we could get and Tom was always ready with answers to our questions. He was also up front about what we should expect and what all needed to be done at different times in the process. If he knew we had a deadline to meet, he would make sure we did not forget.
