Ron had great suggestions for updating/remodeling the HUD homes we visited. He was very responsive to our sometimes last minute requests to see many of the homes. After viewing and bidding on a number of homes in both Denver and Aurora, we were successful in finding, not a HUD homes, but one already updated. Thanks, Ron!

If you are looking for a dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, hard working agent, I would call Ron Harding. Ron knew the challenges we faced with selling our home, but it never stopped him from accomplishing his goal...and that was to sell our home. Ronald is a great real estate agent, he was knowledgable about the house we were viewing, the neighborhood and schools. He understood what we were looking for in a house and added a few selections to our personaly selected houses to view (one of which we selected to purchase). He would take the time in viewing the houses prior to the buyer's viewing. Ronald was both professional and sociable which made him very easy to work with. He was up front and honest with me and did not rush me in my decision, he would let me know if thought a certain house was a bad buy or a good buy. I would definatley work with him in the future and refer him to friends and family.
