My wife and I are relocating and were in SD for a week to visit family and look at available homes for sale in the area. Pat was the only agent that called us back, and we started looking. Every time we called her to ask if we could look at something, she was available exactly when we wanted. I think through the whole process, she only did not answer the phone once, and then she called back within the hour. The entire buying process really involved several people for us, and Pat recognized the appropriate person to contact just about every time. The whole process was great up until the end when she discovered that there were some back HOA fees owed on the property that were going to fall on us as this was a short sale. While we ended up still paying some, Pat was able to get a better settlement than the original proposition. I think she could have negotiated a little better, but given the time constraints the lending bank was putting on us, I think she walked that delicate balance between the principle of us not having to pay fees that were not ours, and protecting the sale we had all invested so much in. I have a friend that has said he was probably going to start looking to buy his first house next year, and I have already told him that I would recommend Pat. At every point of the process I felt that she wanted to help us find and get exactly what we wanted.

Pat has been extremely helpful in the purchase of me and my husbands new home! It was a shortsale so the purchasing process took much longer than anticipated due to it having to be approved through the banks. She was very knowledgable and explained things to us very well throughout the entire process. She was very easy to get a hold of and always got back to us on the same day about any questions we had. She was also very patient with us when we were narrowing down the homes that were options for us to purchase. I think one of the homes I went back 3 times to look at just to make sure I made the right decision. She was readily available and very enjoyable to work with. She also had great knowledge in what areas were safer than others because that was important to me since I have a 16 month old daughter. She knew all the areas in San Diego and surroundings as well. She help us find a wonderful area with a great school district which will be wonderful for when our daughter starts school! I know my husband and I are going to enjoy our new home for many many yeara to come!!!
