Michael Feicco has been our family’s realtor three times. He found our first family home, helped us sell it three years later and purchase another home. After our experiences working with Michael, we will not call any other realtor. He is professional, courteous, friendly, and humorous and makes the buying and selling process as easy and smooth as he can for his clients. When we were buying, he worked to help us find exactly what we were looking for and did not try to sell us anything short of our desired home. When we were considering making a change, he gave us his personal time to answer all of our questions about taking on such a change. My wife and I met Michael in December 2011 while doing some impromptu house shopping in Stevenson Ranch. However, it was apparent we did not know what we were doing in terms of the house buying process. We were however, extremely impressed with Michael and his knowledge of what buying a home was like in the SCV. Fast forward 5 months later and with a down payment saved up, we contacted Michael again and started hunting for houses during a time of depressed supply (there was only 1 house available for showing every 3-4 days). From a harrowing experience with our lender to finding the home for my wife and 6 month old, Michael was there for it all. His promptness in returning phone calls, his insightful search methods on ZipRealty, and ability to show houses on very short notice, I feel we would not be living in our house today if it weren't for him. His professionalism as well as his kindness (he helped us move in!) was bordering on phenomenal. I cannot imagine buying a house with the help of someone else. Michael has a knowledge of how to get your from "point A" to "point B" in your house buying experience with the least amount of hassle possible (being a first time buyer, it was already a painful and stressful experience, but he takes away from it with wisdom, knowledge and humor). The only one to buy houses with, the only one to go to again when you are ready to buy, you are lucky to have someone in your corner like Michael.
