I first contacted Zip Realty and Heather when she was the first person I saw online. I thought I should do more research first before deciding on a Real Estate Agent but after meeting her she was very professional, funny, honest, and outgoing. My transaction wasn't the smoothest due to the banks but she was very patient and when I was told after putting an offer on a property that I might have to keep looking, she accommodated me immediately even though it turned out we didn't have to keep looking. She has a very hectic personal life and at times it was hard to schedule showings with her schedule and mine but she always made it work so it was convenient for me. While waiting for the banks response month after month, she always kept in constant contact with me even though she didn't have to. If I had a question for her that she didn't know, she always did her best to find the correct answer or get me in contact with someone who did. In regards to the area that I was interested in finding a home, she knew the Plainfield, South Aurora, and Oswego area very well. I believe she was rather new with Zip Realty so adding Heather to their company, I am sure that it will be a great decision on their part in the future. I am in Sales and the absolute best compliment to any professional is referrals and repeat business. Whenever I hear any of my friends, family, or clients mention that they are looking to buy a property, I will be sure to refer them to Heather Lower, my first and favorite Realtor.
