I have been on the "hunt," so to speak, for a new residence. Ben has taken me out to see multiple properties. He's been the consummate professional and ever so patient. I'm probably the pickiest person around, yet he doesn't pressure me into buying. He's young yet wise and mature beyond his years. He's confident and knows his business quite well. Go with a WINNER.

WOW,where do I start.Ben is an amazing realtor.I had a great experience looking for and purchasing a home with Ben`s help .After a brief meeting to find out everything I wanted in a home,and the area I desired.He quickly made sure that I was given every home listed.He followed up with me daily in veiwing homes,so that I wouldn`t miss the opportunity to get the home of my dreams,which I found!! In addition,Ben was extremely helpful with all of the people working on my loan , with escrow, and all of the inspections and appointments necessary to close quick and easy.I would recommend Ben to every family and friend that I know!!

When I decided that it was time to purchase my first property, I knew I needed a real estate agent that would have my back, and be very responsible and knowledgable. I can say, without any hesitation, that Ben has met and exceeded all of my expectations. As I soon realized in this market, properties are going fast, and Ben was on the ball. I have contacted him sometimes in the very early morning, up to the midnight hour, and I always get him on the phone. When I did get an offer accepted on a property, Ben covered me on all bases. Buying a house, especially for a first time home buyer, is a very serious event in a persons life, and I can honestly say that working with Ben, I was always has a calm and stress-free demeanor because I knew by working with him that he knows what he is doing. Now as I sit here in my new house, writing this review, I want whoever is reading this to know that if you go with Ben Samimi, you too will share my experience, which is going through the huge process of purchasing a home, but it will be done in a way that you always feel comfortable and secure, and when Ben hands you your new keys after the close of escrow, as he did to me last week, you will realize you made the right decision going with Ben Samimi as your real estate agent.

ben helped us in the most patient and professional way. Ask him anything and he is happy to explain to you in detail about whatever real estate lingo you don't get haha.. I really loved working with Ben. I would recommend him without hesitation. As a first-time buyer, I was worried about all of the steps that go into such a major decision. Ben was very patient, encouraging and supportive thru the entire process. So much, that it turned out to be a fun experience, rather than a stressful one. We looked at a lot of properties until finding the right one, but there was never any pressure from Ben to go with something we had already seen. He wanted me to be truly happy with the decision I made. And I am :) Ben also has very good people that he works with, for financing, insurance, and the home inspection. I would recommend using those guys too! The only bad thing about the actual purchase of my house is that I don't get to see or talk to Ben as much, but I know we will stay in touch.

He went the extra step to help us out! Couldn't have done it with out him!
