We worked with Chris for about 6 months start to closing - about 3 -1/2 months while we were looking for a starter home or Condo in the Melrose Ma area, the remainder for closing/loan etc. We were a mother, daughter group, and I suspect Chris was not sure we were serious the first time we met. After our first meeting he was well prepared, had done his homework on places in our price range, and was ready with good suggestions and ideas. He seemed to have a good feel for the values in the area, and when prices were out of line, and when we were looking at a good deal. He was very professional and thorough. He was always on time, or would call and give us an update as to when he would arrive. He has a good sense of humor, and has good common sense. He was great to work with and we would highly recommend him.

This guy is FANTASTIC!! I felt a connection with Chris from the very first handshake. I never felt pressured but even better than that. We were truly enjoying working with Chris from the beginning. He is very attentive, considerate and professional.
As time went by, we were amazed at the responsiveness and amount of effort he was willing to put to help us find the right place. He never rushed us, but he himself fetched the information we requested almost immediately - and there were times when speed was crucial. His expertise and advice during the not-so-smooth negotiation process was amazing.
After a month of intensive search across a variety of neighborhoods, we finally focused on an apartment in Medford, and are about to sign a P&S in a few days. Without Chris', we would probably still be looking :)
In short, Chris is an outstanding broker, and a great pleasure to work with..
