When it comes to helping people buy or sell what is most likely their largest investment, there is never a place for being pushy, though I have been known to tell my clients to "bring your checkbook" when I knew I had found their perfect home., I have actually read the Regional Sales Contract, the Virginia Jurisdictional Addendum (snore) and all the rest of the boring addendums. I can even tell you what they say, and more importantly, what they mean. Fifteen years in this business and I have never failed to sell a listing. I'm quite proud of that!
