I clearly communicate my real estate knowledge and experience, thereby enabling my clients to make well-informed decisions when buying or selling a home.


I bring 11 years of success as a Real State Salesperson and Mortgage Originator, in both mortgage brokerage and mortgage banking operations, to your transaction. This is very helpful to my clients. Along with the Lender they choose, I can assist in walking them through the Financial side of the Real Estate Transaction. A native of Pullman Washington, I hold a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. After spending several years in Phoenix, Arizona and Dallas - Ft. Worth, Texas, I settled in Southern California in 1986 and currently reside in Westlake Village. I have been an active volunteer in youth sports over the years, including Pee Wee League Hockey and Agoura High School athletics. I have two children, daughter Jackie, age 29 and son Patrick age 22.


When not serving my clients, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, a game of golf, working out and, in the autumn, cheering on my beloved Washington State Cougars.
