We were looking for a house there because of job relocation, and Leslie was particularly effective in our situation of looking for a house in Seattle while we were living in Indianapolis. Prior to our first house-hunting trip, Leslie corresponded with us by e-mail and telephone, learning what we were looking for in a house. When we told her how much we liked the house we’re living in, she asked us to send her photos. We also sent her links to houses in Seattle that we found on the Internet to give her an idea of what we were looking for. Leslie took the time to get to know us so she could be as helpful as possible in identifying houses that we might be interested in. Partnering with Leslie, we were able to find a house after just 2 house-hunting trips to Seattle (lasting just 2 days each). Leslie pre-screened many of the houses for us, filled us in on neighborhoods, provided advice about living in Seattle, and was very accommodating to our travel and work schedules. Because of our limited opportunities to be in Seattle, we ended up looking at several houses on each trip. Leslie organized the information very well, followed up with sellers, and discussed each house with us so we could be even more efficient on our second house-hunting trip. Once we found a house we liked, Leslie provided good advice regarding making an offer and about price negotiation. She very patiently answered our many questions, and worked closely with us on the house inspection, the follow-up, and final closing details. She also made very efficient use of Internet tools so that we didn’t have to be in Seattle to sign various documents. Bottom line – Leslie is a knowledgeable, dedicated, and hard-working realtor and a pleasure to work with.
