Lynn was awesome! She has so much knowledge about the Richmond market. She seemed to really want us to find a house that we loved, and not just make a sale. She was awesome at explaining everything to us as first time buyers and communicating with everyone involved in closing. She also has the best contacts for lenders, and a home inspector. A++ service.....
I have very high expectations regarding the level of customer service expected from any servicer provider. Lynn Moore far exceeded those expectations. She was there for us morning, noon and night. I know some days we were her first caller and her last but she was always professional and took the time to listen to our concerns. Lynn is very diligent. There was never a task that was not completed in a timely manner.
To summarize our feelings, when looking for a real estate agent to work with in buying or selling a home, don't allow yourself to be disappointed. Lynn Moore is dependable and is the answer for all your real estate needs.

Highlights:= Lynn is a very dedicated agent and work beyond expectations to get things done. Excellent communication skills is an added feature that sometimes gets you the best deals. Her attention to minute details is commendable. Her professional skills and ethics can be an example to others.
Lowlights:= Need to stress upon proactiveness so a new buyer like me can be most benefitted. In a buyers market like this, people would want to get as much possible from the seller, that's why I feel there is room for improvement on negotiating skills (not just the price of home, but on everything).
Overall, Lynn is a very nice agent to work with.

What can i say about Lynn. She is a great person, patient, caring, knowledgeable and fun to be with. Lynn did a great job for us, she stood by us through a very difficult buying process and always had our back. I would not want to have dealt with any other agent and will recommed her highly to my friends when they are ready to start the home buying process. She worked diligently day and night and on vacation to ensure that we would close on time, She is a five star realtor!
