Dave was wonderful. We were in no hurry to purchase but were actively looking for our retirement home. Dave was always responsive to our needs, was always available and was very knowledgable with regards to market conditions, short sales and foreclosures. While we didn't end up buying in the original area we were looking in, we did buy close by and with Dave's help, the transaction went very smoothly, especially given that this was a short sale. We have referred a friend to Dave and I am sure he will give him the same professional and friendly service we received.

Dave really listened to us and showed great patience. He was very good at staying neutral - he never pressured us, and he was aware of both of our needs. Although we were hung up on a certain area Dave helped guide us to broaden our scope by sharing other properties online and staying checked in with us throughout this process.
