From the time that we first met Jonathan to when we closed the house, he had this air of confidence that made us feel extremely comfortable that we are in good hands. Within a few weeks of working with him, he figured out exactly what kind of property we were looking for and showed us one that we instantly liked. It was a short sale that was going into foreclosure. Jonathan walked us through the process and also worked with the seller's agent and bank to make sure we have a strong case. We ended up paying the short sale price and got a 3% cashback from the seller towards closing - enabling us to close with just the downpayment.
