I have known Ed a long time..and my experience with him is his strength to communicate well with clients. He considers his clients needs as paramount. He has spent many many hours preparing to list/sell my own properties and has shown amazing dedication to detail. Ed is a wonderful person, as well as a great realtor. Ed took his time with us and explained the entire process clearly and in layman's terms. Even when things were tough with our situation Ed was patient and relieved our fears and reassured us. He worked very well with our broker (who he recommended and was also great) and followed up on everything very quickly. We would recommend Ed to anyone. He was honest when he thought a house was not what we were looking for and was realistic about the market and our chances. And now we love our new home - thanks Ed!!

I cannot say enough about the assistance that Ed provided. He assisted us in the purchase of a short sale home. Although the time from our initial offer to close was a grueling seven month time frame, I must say that Ed consistently was a bright light in the journey. It is important to note that the lengthy time frame was due to poor communication and cooperation by the bank initially responsible for the property, and in no way was on the part of Ed. In fact, despite poor communication with that original lender, Ed communicated with us often and not only kept us informed of on-goings in the process but ensured that we were educated in what was taking place and what would need to take place. We received multiple calls per week to inform us of progress with communication to and from the original lender, even if it was to simply say that there was nothing new to report and ask if we were still interested in the property or if we may have had any further questions. With that, when we did have questions, Ed was very knowledgeable and could generally provide immediate answers and if not he was very willing and diligent to provide answers after a bit of brief research. At one point in fact, we were getting a few mixed bits of information from our original contact for lending on our end. With a bit of research, Ed directed us toward another lending representative that was leagues above the service we had received prior. I cannot thank Ed more for directing us in this as the lending representative he found was just as knowledgeable and informative that together they made what could be a stressful part of the home-buying process merely painless. Before finding the home we eventually closed on, Ed met with us on many occasions in search of that home. We viewed multiple homes and his help in this was brilliant. As first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect from the home buying journey. In showing us homes, Ed was attentive to our needs and wants, educated us on availability, locations, neighborhoods etc, and respected our opinions and our personal processes. I am a guy that does much of my own research though I’ve asked someone else to do it. Ed in turn is a man that has many years of experience in the real estate business from multiple angles providing a vast set of knowledge and contacts. Ed would educate me when my research was skewed but never devalued my process. It is important to note that most of our home looking was done on a scheduled basis and Ed would have a rundown of homes for us to see, but multiple times we notified Ed on a spur of the moment home sighting and he would be quick to respond and get us in to view the home as soon as feasible and was always willing to make time for us even if his day had been pretty busy already. All in all, in a busy time, a tough present economy, and involving a process that can be stressful on any family, I cannot say enough to thank Ed for his help. Based on his knowledge, ability, and flexibility alone, I would recommend Ed to any friend or family that is in search of a home.
