I feel that Joe went above and beyond his job. He has communicated with me every day, and kept me informed on what was going on. It is just not as easy buying a Freddy Mac home, if you are buying it as an investment. Lot of hoops to jump through, and Joe was there every step of the way.

you may use this in any way you see fit!!! Joe was the perfect Agent for anyone his Knowledge of what i was looking for and his adepetness to get the deal done was the best i could have ever hoped for. He NEVER was not reachable and always looked out for me. I truly feel that Joe is a great Agent as well as a person and anyone that can should ask for Joe! he was willing to show me houses i was intrested in even after we put offers in just incase we didnt get the house we had an offer in on(wich did happen more then once) but i got the perfect house for me. becouse of his perservance.
