The real estate market has gone crazy these past few months; and with the multiple offers situations for almost every home on sale, we were worried that we would not be able to buy our type of home within our budgeted sum. Greg was patient and provided the expert advice that helped us find the property that we liked. It was within our budget. We closed today. This is the second home that we purchased through Greg Berkowitz in less than a year. Both the experiences were enjoyable and rewarding. If we need to either buy or sell property again, Greg will be our natural choice.

Greg is best realtor we could've hoped for. He not only helped us buy a place but also helped us sell the place after we realized the place really wasn't a right fit for us after all. Given it's only been 1 year apart, we were prepared to lose some money on the deal. Greg was helpful in giving us knowledge about the local market (we were based on East Coast), helping us to set the price, taking the initiative to say maybe we need to move the price given lots of interests but not enough bite after a few weeks. Then, most importantly, when he did get a call from an agent, he held off lowering the price. This helped us get a much better later offer than we had expected. Also, when there were a couple of small fixes that the buyer asked for, he took the initiative to fix them himself. This would've been difficult for us as we were remote. He really made the whole process easy for us. Greg is also great on communication, always keeping us informed, and just a total pleasure to work with. One more thing, because of the great experience we had, my sister-in-law's brother also asked Greg to help with buying a house, and not surprisingly he also had nothing but great things to say about Greg. The next time anyone in my extended family and friend circle need help on housing, we'll definitely go to Greg again!
