Charles was absolutely the best. He was professional, dedicated and helped us every step of the way in a new city. We are very happy with Charles and will use him again with future real estate purchases and refer him to our friends and family.

Charles was the complete opposite of Tim, though I do thank him for the poor experience. Otherwise, I would have never had the opportunity to meet Tim. Charles was constantly complaining, and pushing me to purchase houses that I did not want. His main concern was getting me a house and getting rid of me. He was late to EVERY appointment he scheduled with me, by more than a few hours. An example is he would say we were meeting at 9am and would call at 1pm to say he was ???almost??? ready to meet (this happened more than once). He brought his daughter with him as we were viewing homes. Additionally, he wanted me to view homes that had a bonus for the realtor (such as Fannie Mae for $1200). It was a horrible experience. Without Tim rectifying the situation, I was prepared to give up on searching for a home, and my family members that are moving to AZ had decided not to EVER use Zip Realty.
